FRF Owners and Residents,

The FRF Rules and Regulations Committee is proposing updates to four sections of the HOA Rules and Regulatons:  Section 4-4. Snow Removal, Section 5-2 Trash, Section 5-6 Parking and Section 5-23 Exterior Decorations, Flags and Signage.  The committee welcomes community feedback on the proposed new sections (file links below) prior to making their recommendations to the FRF Board for approval.

Comments should be sent to info@firstriverfarms.com no later than 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 8, 2018.

The committee will not provide responses to individual owners/residents, but will consider revisions to these updated sections based on the feedback provided prior to submission to the FRF Board.  The committee intends to recommend adoption of these updated sections by Board vote at the next HOA meeting on December 17.
